Channel looks busy

Hi everyone
I notice that some times a channel looks busy but its really not
In FOP looks red and time is running but the channel is free .
I notice this behavior with ISDN and PSTN channels

Any ideas ?

for zap devices the configs by default assume US as the country. So if you are in another country they setting might be close but not right and this can happen. Take a look at setting your country in the zaptel setup…
