Changing the name of Voicemail to email files

Hi There,

When sending a voicemail file as an email attachment, does anyone know whether there is a way to change the name of the voicemail files from the default ‘msg00003.wav’ (for example) to something which includes perhaps a unique id and the number the call came from. e.g. something like ‘00003_0411555666.wav’. We would like to be able to automatically match the voicemail files to our customer database using the phone number.

The files are created and mailed from within Asterisk, so the answer will be: No

I have changed our setup to read the CID form the email subject, so problem solved.
