I am using FreePBX 13.0.124 with Extension Manager and Polycom VVX 410 phones. An employee retired and I updated her extension with a new employee’s name. The new name appears in Extension Manager. If I go to the internal page for the phone I do not see anywhere to make changes. The line key extensions show the correct name at the internal page for the phone and for all phones in the office.
When this person makes an internal call, the old persons name shows up on the display of the person being called. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?
