I am not identifying the monitor filename and not able to change the monitor files format setting from GUI and Command interface. Basically, I am not identifying which number I have received the calls and When I dial the out side calls also not identify. So, please provide me any solution for monitor filename (recording file).
The wav files are created like q778-20080820-232016-1219296453.1189902.wav and I am not identify on the UNIQUEID. How do I replace the UNIQUEID for the phone number of the costumer.
I am really stuck here so please give any solution for that.
