Chan_pjsip and incoming routes

I am using chan_pjsip for the first time
After a few uncertain starts, almost everything works now …
It is almost that it is a problem :slight_smile:
I have to solve this:
On incoming routes if I indicate the DID the call does not enter while if I leave the DID empty it enters without problems
Has anyone seen this type of problem before?
Use:
FreePBX 15.0.16.53
Current Asterisk Version: 16.9.0
Voip operator: clouditalia

Do you have just one DID with the VoIP provider? It may help if you enter the DID in the “Contact User” field in your trunk - PJSIP settings - Advanced.
