Hello,
I have some queues with one agent. When the agent leave the office activate a call forward or a follow me to receive the call in the mobile.
The problem is that when the agent is Unavailable the Queue don’t call the agent and can’t reach the call forward or the follow me. If there are other no Unavailable agents then the queues call all the agents ok.
Is this a problem of freepbx?
