CEPM Only configuring first line key on Grandstream Media Phones ( GXV3240, GXV3270 endpoints)

I don’t see anyway to get the Endpoint Manager to configure more than a single Line Key on the Grandstream Media Phones (GXV series endpoints) . All the other phones including the Grandstream phones has a “Line” option for the soft keys in the the template of the phone. These ones don’t !
What am I missing here?

Anyone know how to fix this issue??
