CDR Stopped working

Greetings

Asterisk 11.11.0 built by root @ XXXX ( Name removed ) on a i686 running Linux on 2014-08-07 00:33:06 UTC

Been handed a few Free PBX’s with issues and I am new to this .

CDR stopped working on one of my PBX’s . Per our accounting dept . not sure as I am new last week if it never worked , stopped on upgrade or just stopped working

I searched for some quick tips on troubleshooting but came up kind of empty .
Searching onl.ine for help now but any pointers would be a big help !

Merlin, Go to Admin -> System Admin and please enlighten us as to what version you are running for a start.

MY vendor went in and did something as He said He knew what it was and that resolved the issue . He did not explain what He did so I do not know at this time .

We are going to be switching servers to a cleaner db as He rebuilt a new one for us
