The from-sip-external indicates that the calls came from an IP address that did not match any of your trunks. They are almost certainly from spammers or hackers trying to fraudulently access your system. They won’t cause any actual trouble unless you have a dialplan vulnerability that allows them to make external calls.
You could add protection with more restrictive firewall rules or software such as fail2ban.
And disallow anonymous ((and guest) sip calls
