Is there any commercial modules to create custom caller detail record reports? We need to bill different departments for outgoing calls and would like to set up automatic reports or at least pre-built reports that can be rum without specifying all the parameters each time in the CDR Reports module. Also recently we noticed that the CDR Reports module is showing duplicate records. Two lines with exactly the same info. This happened from the March to April. Is there any way to set this so as to show only one line per record?
If you are actually looking at producing charging reports (with calls costs as well) then I came across this: http://www.callaccounting.ws/. Not sure how well it works as I’ve not used it. It is a commercial product priced on the number of extensions that you have.
