CDR reports - Show all calls to and from user

The CDR reports out the box seems a little unwieldy when you start trying to use it to analyze end users phone activities. Is there a simple way someone knows that we can either add in the users extension to a field (maybe the otherwise unused “userfield” getting tagged with the extension?)

Ideally we’re looking for a way to do a simple search and pull out the data to see how long our helpdesk users are spending on the phone.
