CDR Reports Disposition No Answer

My version FreePBX 2.10.1.2
In cdr reports disposition ‘no answer’ I see this:

But this calls are ANSWERED and they have duration over minutes each. I listened records.
Why these records have status ‘No Answer’ and no ‘Answer’?
If need I will post some logs.
