CDR Report is empty (FreePBX 14)

Hi,

I have a FreePBX 14 running fine for making and receiving calls, but there is nothing in the CDR section. I have searched a bit and have been forwarded here and there on the internet with no actual answers or solution. I don’t know exactly where to start. I have found no CDR errors in my full file.

Here is a grep of “CDR” in my /var/log/asterisk/full

When I do a cdr show status, I get a cdr_manager that is suspended. Is this a problem?

If I remember correctly, the default CDR backend on 14 is Adaptive ODBC, but I might be wrong.

Maybe, but this is confusing to me

We’ve had several discussions pop up here about Asterisk 14 and the Adaptive ODBC settings. Have you looked at any of them to see if they might help you with your confusion?

[HELP] Setting up ODBC CDR on Ast11/FPBX 12 might be a good first step.

I did look at many of the posts but nothing helped me much. The post you linked has no suggestion or answers unfortunately.

Is this the FreePBX Distro or something you put together?
