The caller enters the trunk, goes inbound (CID lookup Souce: Phonebook is selected in inbound) and ends in conference.
The CIDLookup source is set:
Source description: Phonebook
Source type: Internal
Cache Result: No
Phone numbers with names are entered in Asterisk Phonebook.
The calls that enter do not take the name and in the CDR Report I find only the phone numbers, instead of the number and name (previously entered in the phone book)
In version 12 it worked like this, but in 14 I can’t understand where I’m wrong
