CDR Report for Call Pickup

Hi,

I am trying to run a report to find out which users used call pickup feature. There is a main queue, calls coming in to this queue only ring on one ext (ext A). There are a few other users who use the call pickup feature to pickup calls from this ext. Is there anyway I can run a report to see which users picked up calls from this ext A.

I don’t see *8 as being dialled in the CDR report or an ext to ext call.

CDR shouldn’t pick that up, but CEL might.

It’s another database like CDR, but picks up some different Events in addition to the ‘standard’ call information.

you should be able to see it in the asterisk full log as well
