after re-installing trixbox a while back, apparently my cdr is broken. I tried looking up some call history today and noticed that anything recent is blank, but all the old calls are still there. I read another post that suggested a problem with asterisk-addons and mysqlclient not installed. So I re-installed asterisk-addons with yum, which of course installed mysqlclient14 as a dependancy. But when I do “cdr status” in the CLI, I get the following.
CDR logging: enabled
CDR mode: simple
CDR registered backend: cdr-custom
CDR registered backend: csv
CDR registered backend: cdr_manager
Verbosity is at least 3
It seems that it is still not using the mysql backend. how would I enable this? Also, if CDR loggind is simple…is there a more advanced logging?
