Using CDR report module 2.11.0.2 whenever I filter by anything other than the date range I get no records. For instance I will pick a date range and look at the caller ID’s in the records returned. I will see records for an extension 503, but when I type that into the caller ID field and hit search everything goes blank. Has anyone seen this before, and what did you do?
I have the same issue, were you able to get it fixed?
