i follow this guide for install asterisk and freepbx on cloud server:

All is working good but i don’t undestand why cdr report not work

If I had to guess though I would think that you have a wrong password somewhere or something similar…

I just install all follow the guide but also in the past on other server this cdr never worked…

There are multiple logs, most of them under /var/log/asterisk…
That said, if you look at the comments section of the page you posted you will see that Andrew says that to get CDR working you must setup ODBC and it’s not covered by that tutorial…
I don’t know if it covers all the step but Joel Snyder in the comments section tells you how to do it…

Your screen capture shows that there are indeed logs in the /var/log/asterisk directory so I am not sure why you say that there are not any…
That said, have you followed the steps provided by Joel Snyder in the comments section of http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/FOP/Installing+FreePBX+12+on+CentOS+6.5 (ie the URL YOU provided).
The tutorial you followed has steps missings and Joel tells you what to do in the comments section.
