CDR entries for unregistered extensions


Is there any way to configure CDR adding entries for missed (or failed) incoming calls when the extension is not registered (ex. softphone on powered off laptop).

Asterisk is a back to back user agent, so the incoming call isn’t handled by the extension, it’s handled by Asterisk. The outgoing call to the extension is also handled by Asterisk. If there’s no call out to the extension, the incoming call was still handled.
