I have rebuilt my server due to hardware issues and in the process I have stored all of my old call recordings and restired them back onto the new server.
The new server cannot find these calls in CDR Reports and I assume this is because they also need to be the database.
Does anyone know if it is possible to add them to the database so that they can be found in CDR reports in future?
