CDR and Queue Reporting

Happy Holidays all.

I have a PBXact and i am looking for a solution to provide automated/periodic/scheduled Reports to my customer detailing calls in and out. I know PBXact has some capability but its not real simple. I would like something that could perhaps create an html or PDF document that could be emailed to them on a regular basis.

One thing i saw was the Queue Reporting Module ( but im guessing it only handles inbound plus theres no too much detailed info about it so i am not sure how easy it is to setup and all the features.

Anyone here have any experience/ideas where i could find something that offers all the features i need.

More specifically, it only handles queues. not “inbound”

this looks nice. so i could get the Queue Reporting Module for the queues and this for everything else? plus it looks like it also provides truck usage info which would be great. Thanks,

You could. Try it out and see if it works for you. FYI, they also have a pretty good queue reporting suite.
