Can't update my IVR's

I was trying to make some minor adjustments to my IVR’s such as Timeout destinations and Timeout delays and every time and when I try to “submit” I get a message that I need to enter a valid value for digits pressed, even though I did not make any changes to the responses at the bottom and can’t find a “bad” value that it might be talking about. The only values I am currently using are the * for users to access their voicemails, 0 to go to an extension for the operator, 1 goes to a Que, 2 goes to a Que, 3 goes to an announcement.
Was something changed in one of the latest updates?

I ran into the same problem earlier this week, it seems to have been fixed in one of the latest module updates

Thanks for your response, however all my modules are up to date and I still can’t save mine. My IVR module is at 13.0.21
Is it possible there is a commercial module that I don’t update that could cause an issue?
