Can't see panel after 2.9.0.1 upgrade

Just did the most recent upgrade. But now I go to the FOP panel and there’s some funky graphics blocking the buttons?

What’s going on? I can’t see anything.

Today’s Framework update fixed the problem. Whatever it was.
