Can't save / submit in New Time condition page

Hi,
I debug and got this error: Uncaught ReferenceError: theForm is not defined
when I try to save / submit new Time condition in
PBX Firmware: 10.13.66-5
System Admin:
I try both Beta 13.0.21.2 and 13.0.20.2 Stable

Any Idea?

There was a bug filed on this ( http://issues.freepbx.org/browse/FREEPBX-10184 ) but it was against 12 so it wasn’t assigned out. I went ahead and took it and fixed the issue. It should be released shortly
