Can't Save SIP Extension "cannot read property 'indexOf' of null"

FreePBX 13.0.192.19 just installed, updated. Changed channel driver to chan_sip only. I can create a SIP extension using “Quick Create” but trying to create a SIP extension with “Add Extension” and select “chan_sip” nothing at all happens in the GUI when I click submit. When I look at the console I see:

I’ve installed FreePBX 13 dozens of times and never came across this one before! I’ve dug through everything I can find but to no avail. I can’t figure out what is null that is not supposed to be.

Same for me. “Save” buttont just doing nothing.

Clearing browser cache and running “fwconsole restart” worked for me.
