Cant save a system recording

PBX Firmware: 10.13.66-6
Freepbx:13.0.9

Cant save systems recording. is this something any ideas if this is related the fresh install or is there something with the current module? Any help is appreciated

I am experiencing the same problem. The Asterisk log returns an “unable to open /tmp/temp.tempfilename” warning message whenever I hit the submit button. Upon editing the new sound recording, I get a message saying the file I recorded is missing.
