Can't record with *77

*77 is not working on my FreePBX 2.7.0.5. The log shows…

-- Executing [dorecord@macro-systemrecording:1] System("SIP/101-00000008", "  rm /var/lib/asterisk/sounds//var/spool/asterisk/tmp/101-ivrrecording.*") in new   stack
-- Executing [dorecord@macro-systemrecording:2] Record("SIP/101-00000008", "  101-ivrrecording:wav") in new stack

The file /var/spool/asterisk/tmp/101-ivrrecording.wav is created and grows in size after I dial *77. But as soon as I hang up, the file disappears.

Any ideas how to fix this?
