Cant recieve emails because of "localhost.localdomain"

Good catch!
Still cant understand, where is “localhost.localdomain”
Could you provide an example?
and "[email protected]" may in config files. May be somewhere in mysql base “asterisk” ?
Did you set up aliases (/etc/aliases) by any chance?

Good luck and have a nice day!

Nick

Normally a MTA (mail server program) like Postfix tries to send emails over a period of several days for temporary problems (loss/lack of connectivity is considered temporary…)…

For Postfix by default it is 5 days I believe… (see Postfix Configuration Parameters )

Good luck and have a nice day!

Nick

Oops, you are right, you had posted this earlier…

OK, is it possible that this is a problem you fixed but it is still retrying to deliver it?

Could you do a postcat on D5BCE83022 please?

Good luck and have a nice day!

Nick

Ok, so this is from the Update Notifications of Module Admin and was sent on the 14th…

The Received header suggests that on the 14th Postfix’s $myhostname was incorrectly set…

I would destroy that message with

postsuper -d D5BCE83022

and see if the next update notification is OK…

By the way, is this the FreePBX distro or something else?

Your main problem is not this though, you really need to let your PBX talk to your mail server on port 25…

If you realllllllly can’t do that, see the first answer here:

You only need the relayhost entry, not the rest and put the hostname (or IP, more on that later) of your mail server there…

But you realllllllly should let the PBX directly talk to your mail server, it’s port is already opened to the Internet…

Why don’t you? is it because your firewall doesn’t let you use your Internet IP from the inside? If that’s your problem you could put its IP in the relayhost entry…

Good luck and have a nice day!

Nick

Yes its freepbx 10.13.66 with asterisk 13

I uncomment relayhost = [mail.$mydomain] Its in my local subnet as the mail server, so there is 25 port opened for local users.

ok, thank you very much.
