Cant Make outbound calls

Hello all!
I am new to FREEPBX i just installed FREEPBX and got polycom IP560 and xlite registered. The issue i am having is that i cant make outgoing calls. When i dialed the outbound number it say “All circuits are busy now pls try you call again late” I can recieve incoming calls and i am using broadvoice as a sip provider. I can see the line is registered and incoming calls are fine but cant make out going calls.
Please help me
Thanks

Sounds like your outbound dialing plan is not setup correctly. By default you have to dial 9 + phone number to make a call.

Thanks for your reply KGarrison, I have looked upon my outbound dialing plan this is what i have. 9|1NXXXXXXXXX. I have also tested the way you said but still it is giving me the same error. When i used the default it will say “Your call cant not be completed as dialed please check the number and dial again”

makhan,
Please go to the CLI, adjust the verbose setting to at least 3 start capturing the output and make a call. Then post that captured output here so we can see what is going on.

You need to provide some details for people to work with or all you are going get for answers are broad strokes, general comments or more likely being totally ignored until you figure out that none of can read you mind to determine what is wrong.

makhan,
Several issues.

  1. the trace info you provided is not complete as the last line is still setting up the outbound call but has not yet attempted it so we can’t see it’s failure.

  2. I don’t know how you copy and pasted this info but there are way to many character translation issues. To the point of almost making it impossible to read and follow it. Please capture a good trace, post it and verify that it is correct. For example you’ll find many locations where it should be SIP/1003 but it keeps showing up as SIP/1oo3. The last three lines provided should be Executing [macro-outbound-callerid:… but each line is different making it very hard to follow and trust any of the information.

Again what you are posting is not coming through properly and it ia VERY hard to read.

The error is located here:

[s@macro—dialout—trunk: 19] Dial (“SIP/1002—b7708310”, “SIP/EroadlS2O/140772975391 3001 Pt) in new stack

and this implies that your outbound trunk is reporting there are no channels available.

So check your trunk configuration.

I have looked over couple times on the trunk configuration. I am using broadvoice and my line is registered. I am wondering that if i have to edit any of the files there.
is there anyfile which saves the CLI loginfo i can copy that and post it. Right now i am using onenoe takin a snapshot and then postting the text.
Please let me know because i am new in FreePBX and don’t know thanks.
