Users are unable to logout when hot desking. An error message says Logout is not allowed. Kindly enable hot desk Emergency CID for the for the extension and MAC. I have the MAC listed under a Hot desk Emergency CID. Is there is an extension specific setting? Logout worked a few weeks ago.
Are you using D series phones with DPMA enabled? If yes then please configure emergency CID for all the D series phones extensions configured in extension mapping and give try. thanks.
