Can't listen to my call record

Hi,

I have a strange problem, as i saw on this forum a lot of peaple have problem that the system not record their call,
i don’t have this problem, i can record my calls with *1 (on demand) and if i define alwayes at the extension,
but when i try to listen to my records, i can’t here anything, i tried to cahnge the file type from .wav to .gsm and i had strange noises, i also tried to download the file to my Home PC but i can’t play it.
my system is FreePBX 2.5.1.0 and my Asterisk is 1.4.22,
i need some help with this issue please, if somone have any suggestion.
