Can't install Speed dial module

Hi,

Installed 2.3, all modules installed OK except when I try to install Speed dial module:

Module Administration
Errors with selection:

* Speed dial functions cannot be installed:
      o Module is required.
  Please correct this error first.

Where do I look to correct this?

not sure why it is not being printed correctly but it should be complaining that it needed the Phone Book Module IIRC

running 2.3.03; however when I continued on and installed the rest of the modules; then re tried the speed dial; it worked!!
so it’s dependency though it didn’t say what it was, must’ve been picked up.
