Cant hear audio

hi all,

i have set up a freepbx server and using softphones for work and its awesome, i have added extension numbers, ring groups and a trunk for outbound and inbound calls

if you want to know i used voipfone to get a sip trunk and a free number (0560) and zoiper for softphones

when i make or recieve calls (internally or externally) it rings but when i pick up i dont get any audio

is this because i havnt port forwaded and allowed RTP ports from server to lan and wan, because atm i have just port forwarded and allowed port 5060 UDP to lan and wan?

yes it was because i needed RTP ports open
