Can't hear audio

Hi there

I’m a newbie to Asterisk / Freepbx.

I can’t hear any sounds, I’ve port forwarded 5060 on my router.

I have installed the system on a VPS.

Here is my setup from my sip_nat.conf file:

disallow=all
allow=ulaw
allow=alaw
allow=g729
nat=yes
externip=162.208.9.142
;externhost=yourdns.com
localnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
;change the above to whatever your local subnet is
externrefresh=10

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The audio payload will use ports defined in your /etc/asterisk/rtp*.conf files NOT 5060

Generally you should start by reading the wiki here, you would soon find
