Can't get the incoming fax emailed

Hello!

I am running SHMZ release 6.4(Final) with Asterisk 11.7.0 and FreePBX 12.0.37. I have an issue with my Fax and can’t get my faxes emailed. I have configured an inbound route with my fax recipient(Extension 91). Detect Faxes is set to No and in my extension, the fax checkbox is enabled.

Do you have any clues? I have done the same thing elsewhere and it worked in 2 minutes…

Here is the logfile when receiving a fax:

Thank you for your help.

There was an issue with the DNS which didn’t resolve mail servers’ names. There is still an issue, it tries to connect to the ipv6 name instead of the ipv4 name…
