Before I delete the entire server, could someone please tell me how I could login after domain has expired? I’ve tried with the ip address and no luck. Thanks
Did you reboot?
Do you have console access? Though you really should be able to login just hitting its IP in a browser.

disable any 301 redirects in your web-server, then restart your web-server, and then use http to the IP or the currently un-certified URL
or
add the legitimate (be any means) *.crt and *.key files to /etc/asterisk/keys/ and use fwconsole to import and use them
