Can't dial an extension or other number but can receive calls - Grandstream WP826

Hello everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my Grandstream WP826 WiFi Phone. The phone is registered successfully on my FreePBX server, and it can receive calls without any problems. When I receive a call, I can pickup the call and everything works perfectly: audio, DTMF, and all functionalities.

However, the issue arises when I try to make an outbound call (e.g., dialing another extension). The call does not go through, and the phone does not establish a connection. On the phone it says Call failed: NO RESPONSE.

I’ve double-checked the settings on both the phone and FreePBX, but I haven’t been able to resolve the issue. I’ve uploaded detailed configuration screenshots for both the phone and FreePBX to my Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/14iNKtr37l5lxKrlllqCMht2XHsb7Yq0_?usp=sharing

This problem has been fixed by setting the Preferred Vocoder to PCMU (G.711u) and G.722.
