Can't connect to AMI

Hello gurus,

i’m trying to log with telnet into my PBX serveur.

Manager.conf :

i try to connect this way :

telnet MY.SERVEUR.IP 5038

or

telnet MY.SERVEUR.DOMAIN 5038

but no luck i got timedout.

Any ideas?

After changing the manager conf . Did you run the asterisk command " manager reload"

Undo the changes you did to manager.conf and add the credentials using the GUI:
