Please provide the logs from FreePBX, as plain text. Logs from 3CX are unlikely to be useful here.
Is this log actually from a soft phone? The local port is BUSY message is probably because it assumes it is the only SIP user agent on the machine, and you are running on a machine where Asterisk has already claimed port 5060.
Also you “my country”, without saying which one that is.
