Can't change the settings from Static IP address to DHCP on Yealink T46S

Previously, my T46S has a Static IP address configured in it but I am trying to change it to get an IP address from the DHCP server. Now, I can’t seems to change it. I tried to hard reset it, I manually changed it on the phone and the static IP doesn’t go away.

Please take note that I can’t access the WEB interface since the Static IP that it currently has is no longer part of my network and for some reason the phone still keeps it.
