Can't "Apply Config"

After changing call recordings options in “Advances Settings” (no other changes made) can’t anymore Apply Configs.
Error displayed:

[FATAL] retreive_conf failed to get engine information and cannot configure up a softwitch with out it. Error: ERROR-UNABLE-TO-PARSE

Tried also to restore from backup but nothing solved the problem.

SSH to your server and try running these commands

sudo fwconsole chown

sudo -u asterisk fwconsole reload --verbose
