Cant always see agents logged to queue from FOP

hi , i have some queues which have dynamic agents logged to it

my request , is i want to monitor the the dynaic logged users to my queues.

my problem is not always i can see the dynamic agents from FOP.

i know that if i double click on the icon of queue , i can see the agents logged.
but the problem is not always the logged agents are displayed
and here is a sample image which display my problem

as you see i double clicked on the icon , i was supposed to see the agents number " 110,111" but for sorrow i couldnt.

hint , sometimes it appear and sometimes not .
what is the reason ??

another question , how to know the dynamic agents from cli of PBX ?

You did’t mention what versions you are running (Asterisk, FreePBX, OS or FOP) and how you installed the system.

FOP1 that you are running is very old and has not been supported for a long time so I assume that you have updated Asterisk and have an incompatibility.

FOP2 and iSymphony are the current supported operator panels.
