Cant access recordings page

Hi, Ive just upgraded to 2.6

I am unable to access the recordings webpage. I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function parse_amportal_conf() in /var/www/html/admin/common/php-asmanager.php on line 33

Everything thing else seems ok, I can get into freepbx, reports and panel

Any Ideas??

I have the same problem.

Firstly, I install fresh installation and then continue with the updates and configuration on the first machine. All are working using freepbx version 2.6.0.3. I did the backup copy and try to restore the whole copies into another machine.

At the second machine, I did only restore all those setting from the first machine. Everything working except the recordings page.

error msg:

[client XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function parse_amportal_conf() in /var/www/html/admin/common/php-asmanager.php on line 30, referer: http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/

The weird case, why the first machine has no problem and the second one face this problem? Is it because of the upgrading or restore? Anyone can help?

Did you ever get this fixed??? I am having the same problem and can’t seem to find the solution.

I have a clean install of Asterisk@Home using Asterisk 1.6.2.19 with FreePBX 2.9.0.7.

I cannot get the ARI page to load anything other than a blank page. After turning on display error messages in php.ini, I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function parse_asterisk_conf() in /var/www/html/admin/common/php-asmanager.php on line 33

FreePBX ARI Framework is at 2.9.0.6 under modules.

The following post was how I solved my issue - basically uninstalling and reinstalling the ARI Module
