Can't access Freepbx GUI

Freepbx seems to have done an unrequested update. The login page is saying ver 14 and I think I was on 13. The icons are different and the user name/password no longer works. I can still access Asterix by ssl and it is version 13.

I have managed to regain access by fwconsole.

The output of fwconsole ma list is as below.

I never have autoupdates enabled in any systems as they break and in this case
all my inbound routes have been broken as well as the admin user removed.

No repos specified, using: [standard] from last GUI settings
