Cannot upload audio, Symfony error

I get the error:

Symfony\Component\Process\Exception\RuntimeException
The process has been signaled with signal “11”.
File:/var/www/html/admin/libraries/Composer/vendor/symfony/process/Symfony/Component/Process/Process.php:367

When trying to upload or play audio in the System Recordings menu.

I am using FreePBX 13.0.76 with Asterisk 13.7.1. I moved this installation via a backup from another server a few months back and haven’t tried to upload any audio until now. Everything else seems to be working properly.

The install is hosted on Vultr and was based on the ISO download.

Any ideas?

Nevermind. I’m an idiot. I was saving the audio in ADPCM instead of Windows PCM which was throwing the error.

This is now resolved!
