Cannot update Endpoint Manager

Hi all,

We have recently got some new Yealink T33G phones and therefore need to update endpoint manager to be able to configure them. The update period has expired so I have followed the instructions to renew it, however module admin still shows the current and most recent version at, showing no update available.

Does anyone have the current version number so I can try a manual install using ssh? If not, I guess I’ll submit a ticket as has been suggested in other posts - I assume this does not require any support credits?

Current version is Provided you’re showing the module license is current when you browse to Admin, System Admin, Activation then you can force an upgrade with

fwconsole ma downloadinstall endpoint --tag
