In UCP, when I try to change the language to French, it reverts back to English on the next login.
It seems to be a problem with Internet Explorer because it works fine when I’m using Chrome. I know that the language is saved in a cookie so I’ve tried messing around with Internet Explorer’s privacy options but I can’t figure out how to make it work.
Does anyone know how to allow UPS’s cookie to be saved in Internet Explorer ?
Which IE are you using?
By the way, I have the same problem with IE 11 under Windows 10…
Do you need to support more than one language, if you don’t setting the default language under Advanced Settings, System Setup, Default Language (at least that’s where it is under FreePBX 13) should most likely work…
You would need to set it to fr_FR… (ie the language you want)
