Cannot Log In to Web GUI after upgrade

Hi There

Following the upgrade of our system from 2.5.0 to 2.8.0 I am no longer able to log into the web GUI

The PBX system works fine but I just cannot log in.

I have tried all the usual combinations of passwords and none work.

Please help!
