I have put together a CSV ready to upload to FreePBX as a CallerID Lookup Source - My problem is that the ‘CallerID’ is being shown as my trunk number, NOT the actual number calling.
As you can see from the SIP trace below, the callerID initially comes in as 700XX (My trunk ID) - The CallerID(Number) is being shown as my trunk, and the CallerID(Name) is being shown as the actual number calling in (07837XXXXXX)
What I would like to do, is somehow take the CallerID NAME which contains the actual incoming callerID - And reference THAT with freePBX/asterisks built-in phone book feature.
