Cannot forwadr internal call to external line

Hi,

I have installedfreepbx 2.7.0.10 with an openvox a400p card and 4 FXO modules.

I am using an isdn modem (NetMod in Greece) and I connect the 2 analog lines to two ports on my openvox card.

I have also installed x-lite on 2 computers and tested the following:

  1. call from one computer to the other via SIP (x-lite)… works fine!
  2. call from either computer (through x-lite) to external number using 9 for an external line… works fine!
  3. Used follow-me functionality for an internal line… works fine!

4)Tried to use follow-me to transfer to an external line (Added 9(externalnumber) in follow-me list)…DOES NOT WORK!!

I find this in the log:

[Aug 10 14:57:47] VERBOSE[3621] res_agi.c: dialparties.agi: Starting New Dialparties.agi

Any input on how to troubleshoot this greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Lucas

If you go to Follow-Me in the menu, then point your mouse to the text Follow-Me List: you should get a pop-up tool tip. Please read that.

I tried using the ‘#’ at the end (silly mistake) but I still cannot get it to work.

I get the following:

[Aug 11 08:24:59] VERBOSE[6527] pbx.c: – Executing [s@macro-dialout-trunk:17] GotoIf(“Local/92108909375@from-internal-0f4c;2”, “0?bypass,1”) in new stack

[Aug 11 08:24:59] WARNING[6527] app_dial.c: Unable to create channel of type ‘DAHDI’ (cause 34 - Circuit/channel congestion)
[Aug 11 08:24:59] VERBOSE[6527] app_dial.c: == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)

I tried using a different 2nd analog line and it works!

2 questions here:

  1. Is there a way to make this work with the 2 analog lines comig from an ISDN netmod?

  2. Althought the above test worked with 2 different analog lines my scenario still does not work since I am required to dial one mobile phone number and after 10 seconds to dial a different mobile phone number. Both numbers were entered in the follow me list with the ‘#’ sign at the end and i setup teh ring time to be 10 sec but the first call gets dialled and then it keeps on dialing (for more than 10 secs) and then enters into voicemail. This is what I get from the log:

[Aug 11 09:07:52] VERBOSE[6815] pbx.c: – Goto (macro-dialout-trunk,continue,1)
[Aug 11 09:07:52] VERBOSE[6815] pbx.c: – Executing [continue@macro-dialout-trunk:1] GotoIf(“Local/96945590049@from-internal-01e1;2”, “1?noreport”) in new stack
[Aug 11 09:07:52] VERBOSE[6815] pbx.c: – Goto (macro-dialout-trunk,continue,3)
[Aug 11 09:07:52] VERBOSE[6815] pbx.c: – Executing [continue@macro-dialout-trunk:3] NoOp(“Local/96945590049@from-internal-01e1;2”, “TRUNK Dial failed due to CONGESTION HANGUPCAUSE: 34 - failing through to other trunks”) in new stack
[Aug 11 09:07:52] VERBOSE[6815] pbx.c: – Executing [continue@macro-dialout-trunk:4] Set(“Local/96945590049@from-internal-01e1;2”, “CALLERID(number)=2108909374”) in new stack

Do I need more than 2 lines to achieve what I am trying?

Thanks!!

Lucas

You got an error:
Aug 11 08:24:59] WARNING[6527] app_dial.c: Unable to create channel of type ‘DAHDI’ (cause 34 - Circuit/channel congestion)

That is three (3) channels, you have only 2.
